Construction Group carries out legal compliance training for construction projects

　　On the afternoon of December 11, the Construction Group organized and held legal compliance training for construction projects. Nearly 100 people, including heads of various departments, branches (subsidiaries) of the company, and full-time and part-time legal personnel, participated in the training.

　　This training specially invited Shanghai City Jintiancheng (Nanjing) Law Firm to focus on the impact of the Civil Code on construction contracts, the Civil Code and bidding, and the impact of the Regulations on Guaranteeing the Payment of Wages for Migrant Workers on construction enterprises. The keynote lawyer combined his rich experience in hearing and representing construction engineering cases to make the obscure French language easy to understand. During the training class, the students asked on-site questions on the signing, execution and case handling of construction contracts, and discussed the specific impact of the Civil Code construction contracts and the compliance points that should be followed during the implementation of construction projects. Full discussion further improved the practical ability of building construction risk prevention and control. This training played a role in promoting further strengthening compliance management and was unanimously praised by the students.
