CJI Ethiopia Branch watches the open class of the Civil Code

　　In order to implement the central government's requirements on studying, publicizing and implementing the Civil Code and the notices issued by the Ministry of Justice and the National Legal Law Enforcement Office, in accordance with the requirements of the Provincial Law Propaganda Office, the Provincial Department of Justice and the work arrangements of the Provincial State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, and at the same time, in order to strengthen the compliance management of Ethiopia branches, according to the Legal Compliance Department of the Group Company“Zhongjiang Fa [2020] No. 10”Wen, CJI Ethiopia Branch organized and watched an open class on the Civil Code in the conference room on the first floor of the branch from 8:00 to 11:30 a.m. local time on November 22 in Ethiopia.

　　This open class activity is led by the branch's compliance leading group and mainly consists of three courses,"Wang Liming: China Characteristics, Practice and Characteristics of the Times of the Civil Code" and "Liu Guixiang: Several Issues Closely Related to the Civil Code" and "Liu Junchen: Several Major Issues on the Civil Code" cover all aspects of our lives and condense and summarize the issues of greatest concern in people's lives.

　　Through this collective study, individual self-study and other forms, cadres and employees can correctly grasp the legislative purpose and specific content of the Civil Code, and their legal literacy has been improved. After the screening of the open class, employees said that they had benefited a lot from it and further enhanced their concept of the rule of law. They also said that in their future work and life, they would continue to continuously improve their ability to use the Civil Code to improve work and solve problems, and consciously abide by it. and Correctly use the Civil Code, use the system as the basis and the law as the criterion to enhance personal legal awareness.
