Li Yong, deputy general manager of CJI Real Estate Co., Ltd., reported to the research team on the general contract construction project of the Anshun second-level station shed transformation implemented by the group company and the Baijiatun A plot development project implemented by Zhongjiang Real Estate Company.

　　Since the group company won the bid for the general contract construction task of the secondary station shed renovation project in 2019, Zhongjiang Real Estate Company has closely monitored the demolition and planning progress of the project. At present, the planning adjustment plan for the project has been approved, the total construction area has increased to 355,200 square meters, and the total investment has increased to 1 billion yuan. It will be included in the key implementation projects of Anshun City in 2021.

　　Since the basic demolition of the Baijiatun Land A plot was completed in August 2020, the project company has applied for a real estate permit for residential development land, a construction land planning permit, and a construction project planning permit, and is currently applying for a construction permit. The sales center built in advance will be opened in December this year, and the city exhibition hall has received a total of about 550 calls.
