General Manager Zhu Xinbao explained that state-owned enterprises are an important material and political foundation for socialism with China characteristics, and are an important pillar and relying force for the party to govern and rejuvenate the country. Upholding the party's leadership and strengthening party building are the "root" and "soul" of state-owned enterprises, and are the glorious tradition and unique advantages of our country's state-owned enterprises. This regulation comprehensively regulates the work of party organizations in state-owned enterprises and is the basic guideline for strengthening party building in state-owned enterprises in the new era. General Secretary Zhu focused on interpreting Article 12 of the Regulations (Party branch (Party branch) of state-owned enterprises and party committees established in internal institutions carry out work around production and operation and play the role of fighting fortress），All party members are required to closely integrate the six requirements in this article into daily practical work.
