Provincial Public Construction Center fully launches 2020 "Production Safety Month" activities

June 2020 is the 19th national "Production Safety Month". The Provincial Public Construction Center has thoroughly studied and implemented General Secretary Xi Jinping's important exposition on production safety, and conscientiously implemented the major decisions and arrangements of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Government and CJI Company on production safety., solidly carry out the 2020 "Production Safety Month" activities. In conjunction with the actual situation of normalized epidemic prevention and control, the Provincial Public Construction Center organized various forms of safety production activities in the form of "online + offline" around the activity theme of "eliminating hidden dangers of accidents and building a solid safety line", and organized various forms of safety production activities in the form of "online + offline"., compaction and compaction of safety production responsibilities, in-depth investigation of potential production hazards, firmly establish the concept of safety development, and effectively enhance the awareness of safety production among all employees.

According to the deployment arrangement of the group company's safety production activity plan, the Provincial Public Construction Center actively organizes safety management personnel to participate in the group company's safety mobilization meeting and safety production training. According to the requirements of the group company, the Provincial Public Construction Center held separate safety activities for three centralized construction projects that have been started, including the student dormitory project at Jiangpu Campus of Nanjing University of Technology, the new campus project at the Provincial Judicial Police Officer Higher Vocational School, and the Shuangchuang Building project at the Nanjing Industrial Vocational and Technical College. Mobilization meeting organized all participating units to carefully study and understand the spirit of a series of documents related to monthly activities on production safety by management departments at all levels, and organized and carried out warning education activities respectively. Safety knowledge publicity activities and fire emergency drills; each project department carried out comprehensive and in-depth self-inspection and rectification of production safety hazards in conjunction with the group company's special activity requirements of "Investigation and Rectification in Progress".

On June 17, Chen Hailu, general manager of the Provincial Public Construction Center, led a team to the project site that had started to conduct a monthly special inspection on production safety. The inspection team conducted interviews and assessments of the on-site management personnel of the participating parties on the management measures in terms of project quality, safety, progress and other aspects as well as the next work plan, organized inspections of on-site construction management and project management data, comprehensively investigated potential production safety hazards and promptly proposed rectification requirements.

The Provincial Public Construction Center conscientiously implements the "Production Safety Month" activities of the group company, and takes this "Production Safety Month" as an opportunity to continue to improve the level of centralized construction management and production safety and fight the "defense war" of production safety. Since its establishment, the Provincial Public Construction Center has continued to actively explore new models of centralized construction management, establish a long-term mechanism for the safety and quality management of projects under construction, and effectively ensure the sustainable and stable development of centralized construction projects invested by provincial governments in non-profit projects.
