Zhongjiang Fifth Construction Branch carries out special May Day safety inspection

​According to CJI's unified deployment on strengthening production safety, CJI's Fifth Construction Branch held an emergency production safety special meeting on April 30. The meeting decided to establish a special safety inspection leading group led by members of the leadership team, and formulate a special action plan for unannounced inspections of projects under construction affiliated to the branch during the May Day period.

From May 1 to May 5, the inspection team conducted an in-depth inspection of safety production and interior business data on 6 projects under construction by Wujian Branch. This action focuses on carrying out special inspections to prevent falls from high places, and continues to carry out special safety rectification and "crack down on illegal activities and control violations" in response to other outstanding problems in the construction field; urge all projects to strictly subcontract management, and implement safety responsibilities, safety management systems, operating procedures, safety measures, etc. Carefully carry out risk analysis and identification of dangerous and harmful factors, strengthen the investigation and management of hidden dangers, strictly manage and control safety risks, and strictly prevent the occurrence of major accidents.

This action also conducted special safety training activities for project managers to allow all project managers to understand safety, attach importance to safety, and participate in managing safety. This special safety inspection not only improved the safety management capabilities of on-site managers, but also enhanced the branch's control of projects, laying the foundation for the steady development of the branch.
