On the morning of February 20, Sun Guangnian, Deputy Secretary of the Group's Party Committee and Deputy Leader of the COVID-19 Prevention and Control Leading Group, Xu Genlin, Director of the Organization Department of the Group's Party Committee and Leader of the COVID-19 Epidemic Prevention and Control Emergency Response Working Group, and his party went to Sujian Building, Complete Building and Jianda Building to inspect the epidemic prevention and control work of the property building.

During working hours, at the entrances of the three property buildings, property managers and volunteers measured temperature, registered, and checked the identity of every comrade who entered the building one after another to work. Secretary Sun checked the entry and exit registration form of the property building, the notice of enterprises resuming work and the travel records of relevant employees on the spot, talked in detail with the property management personnel and volunteers to understand the daily epidemic prevention and control work, and thanked SDIC and the property management company for conscientiously implementing the Group's new crown epidemic prevention and control leading group for the work done by the deployment requirements, and expressed heartfelt thanks to the property management personnel and volunteers for their hard work over the past few days.

Secretary Sun emphasized that at present, most of the enterprises affiliated to the group have resumed work, and nearly half of the owners of the four buildings managed by the property management company have also resumed work. The traffic in the morning peak has increased sharply, and the pressure on epidemic prevention work has increased. Although the epidemic situation across the country and the province has been effectively controlled and social production and life have gradually returned to normal, we must not take it lightly and relax our vigilance. It is necessary to strictly follow the requirements of the Group's Prevention and Control Leading Group and the property building prevention and control work plan, persevere in epidemic prevention and control work, and further consolidate the phased results achieved in the preliminary prevention and control work. First, we must adhere to the principle of strictness and strictly control epidemic prevention and control. Owners and units that have not obtained permission to resume work are not allowed to enter the site for work; owners and units that have obtained permission to resume work must be approved to enter the building in strict accordance with the number of people returning to work clearly stated in the notice. Work, and conduct body temperature measurement and identity registration of people entering and leaving; continue to carry out daily elimination and killing in public areas in the building. The second is to ensure that protective materials are in place, find ways to transfer and reserve materials that may be in short supply as soon as possible, protect staff, and provide assistance and support when necessary. The third is to strengthen the first responsibility. The prevention and control leaders of the three property buildings must play an active role. The property management and volunteers must cooperate closely to guard the import and export of the office building, do a good job in publicity and guidance, and deal with emergencies encountered in accordance with the epidemic prevention and control plan in a timely manner and properly resolve them, and jointly provide strong guarantee and support for the group to resume work and production.
