On the afternoon of December 9, local time, Fan Jinlong, member of the Standing Committee of the Jiangsu Provincial Party Committee and Executive Vice Governor, led a friendship delegation from Jiangsu Province to conduct research in the China-Arab Production Capacity Cooperation Demonstration Park, unveiled the provincial economic and trade representative office in the United Arab Emirates and attended the centralized project commencement ceremony. Zhou Chunlin, Commercial Counselor of China Embassy in United Arab Emirates, Gu Jun, General Manager of CNNC, Wang Bin, Chairman of CJI, and Zheng Yimin, Deputy General Manager and Chairman of Jiangsu Haitou, attended the event.
Executive Vice Governor Fan Jinlong and his party learned more about the overall situation of the park at the demonstration park exhibition center and one-stop service center and attended the research symposium. Chairman Zheng Yimin made a detailed report on Jiangsu Haitou's internal construction, the latest progress in park promotion, and innovative exploration of financial platforms. She said that Jiangsu Haitou will strictly follow the work arrangements of the provincial party committee and the provincial government, and with a high degree of political consciousness and pragmatic working attitude, further strengthen the promotion of various work in the China-Arab Production Capacity Cooperation Demonstration Park to serve as the intersection of the province's "Belt and Road". Construction provides support and better serves the overall situation of the country's open development and diplomatic work.

After the meeting, Executive Vice Governor Fan Jinlong and Shamisi, President of Abu Dhabi Ports Company, jointly witnessed Jiangsu Haitou signing an investment framework agreement in the park with CNNC Sufa and COSCO Shipping Port Company, and attended the centralized project commencement ceremony, announcing the centralized construction and groundbreaking of roads and Infrastructure Phase II projects, Phase I of customized factory buildings and Southeast Standard Parts Customization Project, Xinxinxing Resource Recycling Project, and Runtai Chemical Coating Additives Project were started and ground started.
