Employees of the Angola company participated in the 2019 "Power Construction Cup" keynote speech competition "Motherland in Heart, Building China Dream Together" and won awards
On November 3, with the care and support of the Embassy in Angola, the 2019 "Power Construction Cup" keynote speech competition was hosted by the Joint Party Working Committee of Power Construction of Angola and co-organized by some Chinese-funded enterprises. Held in the China Power Construction Multi-Function Hall. Our Angola company actively participated, prepared carefully, and sent 4 representatives to participate in the competition, achieving excellent results.
There were a total of 19 contestants. The theme of the speech revolved around "The Motherland is in My Heart". The judges were Ambassador Gong Tao, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of China to Angola, Counselor Li Yongjun of the Economic Affairs Department, Li Xunfeng, Secretary of the Party Committee of China Power Construction Angola Company, and China Road and Bridge Angola Representative Office Yuan Chunkun, Secretary of the Party Committee, and Wu Yao, Assistant General Manager of CJI Angola Co., Ltd. The competition will have one first prize, two second prizes, and three third prizes.
The contestants performed well. Through realistic stories and vivid expressions, they not only conveyed the deep patriotism and strong homesickness of the overseas wanderers, but also inspired the determination and passion to fight overseas and enhanced the friendship between brothers and units., showing a good style of unity and cooperation. After fierce competition and careful and serious judgment by the judges, Ge Yujia of our Angola company won the first prize, Zhang Yangzhao won the second prize, and Bu Fanhui and Dai Xiaoxuan won the third prize.
This event not only demonstrated the excellent spirit of our Angola team, but also filled all our participating players and colleagues who contributed to the organization of this event with a sense of collective honor and pride.
