On October 28, the Jiangsu-Southern Africa Investment and Development High-Level Forum with the theme of "Win-win Cooperation, Working Together to Build a Closer China-Africa Community with a Shared Future" was held in Nanjing. The forum was hosted by the Jiangsu Province Association for the Promotion of Foreign Friendly Exchanges and the Southern African Development Community Mission in China. A total of about 300 people, including representatives of the Southern African Community Mission in China, entrepreneurs from the province, and social friendly people, participated in the forum. Vice Governor of Jiangsu Province Ma Qiulin delivered an opening speech.

Eight ambassadors to China and many embassy representatives from southern African countries conducted in-depth discussions with entrepreneurs, experts and scholars from all walks of life in Jiangsu Province on the cooperation and development between enterprises in Jiangsu Province and SADC, covering many fields such as investment, trade, agriculture, industry, tourism, extractive industries, manufacturing, culture, education, infrastructure construction, and marine economy. Huang Rugeng, Deputy General Manager of CJI Corporation, was invited to give a relevant speech on infrastructure construction in southern Africa. President Huang introduced the overall business situation and overseas layout of CJI, emphasizing the important position of Southern Africa in the group's overseas market structure. CJI has been working in southern Africa for nearly 30 years, and its business type has expanded from traditional housing construction projects to airports, roads, bridges, municipal and other fields. It has successfully completed a series of infrastructure projects that are beneficial to the national economy and people's livelihood of the host country, achieving a win-win situation between the company and the host country. President Huang introduced the group's experience in overseas park construction and hoped to have the opportunity to carry out park construction cooperation in southern Africa and make greater contributions to the development of southern Africa.
