Group leaders went to the Provincial Public Construction Center for research and guidance work

On the afternoon of October 9, 2019, Qiao Rudong, Secretary of the Group's Discipline Inspection Commission and Supervisor dispatched by the Provincial Supervisory Commission, made a special trip to the Provincial Public Construction Center to investigate and guide the work, and Deputy Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission Yao Weibiao accompanied the investigation.

Chen Hailu, general manager of the Provincial Public Construction Center, reported on the basic situation and discipline inspection work of the Provincial Public Construction Center. Over the past year, the Provincial Public Construction Center has completed the establishment, institutional setup, system and informatization construction of the center in accordance with Secretary Jiang Zhuoqing's "Two Guarantees" requirements. While doing a good job in daily discipline inspection, we embed discipline inspection work into the work process, rely on the Engineering Project Supervision Information System (EAP) to integrate integrity risk prevention into all aspects of centralized construction project construction, and strive to create a "integrity project."

Secretary Qiao Rudong listened to the report and communicated with the participants. He fully affirmed the work of the Provincial Public Construction Center over the past year and put forward four requirements: First, further improve its political stance and complete the glorious tasks entrusted by the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Government with high quality. Further explore and innovate the centralized construction model of government-invested projects to form replicable and generalizable experiences as soon as possible. The second is to continuously strengthen team capacity building, improve the professional level of project management, give full play to the demonstration and leading role of government-invested projects, strive to improve the quality of construction projects, and create "high-quality projects." The third is to integrate integrity risk prevention and control throughout the entire process of project construction and management, tighten and consolidate the main responsibilities, and promote "dare not corrupt, cannot corrupt, and do not want to corrupt" in an integrated manner. We will promptly compile the "Integrity Risk Prevention and Control Manual", form a joint construction and mass prevention mechanism, and create a "Integrity Project". The fourth is to strengthen special supervision of discipline inspection, establish and improve internal discipline inspection agencies, and select and allocate excellent discipline inspection personnel. The Group's Discipline Inspection Commission and the Ombudsman's Office should regard the Provincial Public Construction Center as a key unit, carry out in-depth "embedded" supervision, increase discipline enforcement and law enforcement efforts, and promote the compliance, orderly and healthy operation of the Provincial Public Construction Center.
