CJI Company successfully won the bid for the resettlement housing construction project of secondary station in Xixiu District, Anshun City, Guizhou Province

   In April 2019, CJI Corporation signed an investment promotion agreement with the People's Government of Xixiu District of Anshun City. The real estate company immediately established an Anshun project working group to actively connect Anshun real estate development and shantytown renovation and construction projects.

On September 6, 2019, CJI Company successfully won the bid for the resettlement housing construction project of the secondary station in Xixiu District, Anshun City, Guizhou Province in the form of general construction contracting. As part of the investment promotion agreement, the real estate company took the lead in tracking and negotiation, with a construction area of 267,000 square meters and a total investment of approximately 880 million yuan.

On September 12, 2019, Gu Yongheng, deputy general manager of CJI Corporation, and his party went to Xixiu District, Anshun City, and held a project cooperation signing ceremony with Qianyue Group of Guizhou Province. At the same time, the two sides had in-depth communication on the market prospects of Anshun City and agreed that under appropriate conditions, the two sides could further in-depth cooperation.

This project is a shantytown renovation and construction project in Anshun City, which is a key livelihood project. The winning bid of this project has laid a solid foundation for real estate companies and even group companies to develop in the Anshun market. Under the guidance of the group company, the real estate company will continue to seek main business projects, build model projects, enhance industry awareness, and build the Zhongjiang brand.
