On the morning of August 7, according to the Provincial Party Committee's Theme Education Leading Group's "Forward to the Central Committee“Do not forget your initiative mind, Keep in Mind Mission”theme education leading group<on“Do not forget your initiative mind, Keep in Mind Mission”Work plan to find gaps in accordance with the Party Constitution and Party Rules in thematic education>"Notice" requires that Wang Bin, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Group Company, presided over a special study meeting to identify gaps in accordance with the Party Constitution and Party Rules. All members of the Party Committee team attended the meeting, and the heads of the Organization Department of the Party Committee, the Party and Mass Work Department, and the Office of the Discipline Inspection Commission of the Group attended the meeting.

Before the meeting, the team members carefully studied the "Constitution of the Communist Party of China,""Several Guidelines on Inner-Party Political Life under the New Situation" and "Regulations on Disciplinary Measures of the Communist Party of China" and other intra-party regulations, and compared“notice”Requirements, conduct self-inspections item by item, and comprehensively find out and list issues that violate the original intention and mission.

At the meeting, Secretary Wang Bin learned the Party Constitution and took the lead in speaking, and the team members spoke one by one. Everyone closely adheres to the Party Constitution and Party Rules and“18 whether”, combined with thoughts and work realities, conduct cross-checking item by item, comprehensively examine the problems, deeply analyze the root causes, and clarify rectification measures and directions of efforts.The meeting also reported on the public solicitation of opinions by the party committee and team members of the group company.

Secretary Wang Bin put forward three requirements in his concluding speech. First, continue to do a good job in theoretical study, further strengthen and deepen the study of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with China Characteristics for a New Era and the Party Constitution, Party Rules and Regulations, and deeply understand the Party's original intention and mission. The second is to continue to examine problems well, compare the party constitution, party rules and disciplines with higher standards, find out problems in depth, and promote the quality of party spirit cultivation to a higher level. The third is to continue to implement the rectification of problems, combine this round of political inspections by the provincial party committee on the group, continue to promote the in-depth and practical theme education, and promote the high-quality development of the group's work.

In accordance with the requirements of the "Work Plan" forwarded by the Provincial Party Committee's Theme Education Leading Group, the Group's Theme Education Office formulated a work plan for identifying gaps in accordance with the Party Constitution and Party Rules based on the actual situation of the Group and based on the main contents.
