The Quality and Safety Department organized and held an on-site meeting on the evaluation of safety management capabilities of the project department

According to the "Measures for Evaluation of Production Safety Management Capabilities of Domestic Construction Engineering Units of CJI Corporation (Trial)" and combined with the 2019 "Production Safety Month" activity arrangement, on June 26, the Quality and Safety Department of the Group Company convened the quality and safety of each engineering branch company. The person in charge of safety held an on-site meeting on evaluation of the production safety management capabilities of the project department at the Project Department of Liujian Suzhou Jincheng Solar Energy New Plant. The Disciplinary Supervision Office of the group company sent people to attend the on-site meeting.

The on-site inspection will evaluate its safety management capabilities by inspecting the compilation of safety management data of the project department and the safety management of the project site. The inspection content covers a wide range of areas and is highly professional. Therefore, the inspection personnel will be divided into four groups according to different inspection priorities to inspect safety management and civilized construction, scaffold engineering, template support engineering, mechanical equipment and temporary electricity. After inspection, a number of safety hazards and management problems were discovered, including major safety hazards in three aspects: illegal operation of aerial workers, failure to meet the specification requirements, and tower crane foundation. The inspection team immediately issued a quality and safety rectification notice, requiring the project department to rectify within a time limit.

The evaluation results of this on-site meeting were in line with expectations. It was an effective practice after the promulgation of the "Evaluation Measures". It enabled each engineering branch and subsidiary companies to understand and familiarize themselves with the specific implementation process of the method, and provided a theoretical basis and practical experience for the large-scale promotion of the "Evaluation Measures" within the group company.
