The Qingdao Biqin project undertaken by Zhongjiang Fourth Construction Company was successfully completed

   Recently, the Biqin Group's Asia Pacific R & D Center and China Headquarters project undertaken by CJI Fourth Construction Branch successfully underwent completion acceptance.

   The project is located on Chunyang Road, High-tech Zone, Qingdao City, Shandong Province, with a total construction area of 38,000 square meters. The project includes factory workshop area, office area, substation, guard A&B. Water pump houses, ceilings and other buildings. Different from traditional factory workshops, the project's factory workshop is a smart factory with adaptability, resource efficiency and human factors engineering. It uses the IoT information system to digitize and intelligently supply, manufacturing, and sales information in production. Maoro Negro, executive project director of Biqin Group China Co., Ltd., said that the project is a pilot demonstration of Industry 4.0 that Biqin Group will build and will also create a new era for the development of Biqin Group.

   As a key project in Shandong Province, the Vice Governor of Shandong Province, Secretary of the Qingdao City Municipal Party Committee, Mayor of Qingdao City and leaders of Qingdao High-tech Zone all visited the site for inspection and guidance during the project construction. The construction period coincided with the SCO Summit held in Qingdao City, resulting in a complete shutdown of the project for two months. After that, the project department worked overtime to catch up with the construction period and completed half a year's workload in four months. Project employees work together to face difficulties, pay close attention to project quality, strengthen internal management, and ensure perfect performance. After 12 months of hard work, the construction task was finally successfully completed. Both the owner and the supervision unit spoke highly of CJI's courage to fight and fight hard.
