On the morning of March 11, Zheng Yimin, deputy general manager of CJI and chairman of Jiangsu Haitou Company, led a team to hold a work symposium with Abu Dhabi Ports Company. Adel, chief financial officer of the port company, ROSS, chief commercial officer, Khalifa Industrial Zone President Samir and Edwin, vice president of commerce, attended the talks.
At the meeting, Chairman Zheng Yimin reported on the latest progress of construction, investment promotion and operation of the demonstration park, and expressed gratitude to Abu Dhabi Ports Company and Khalifa Industrial Zone for their cooperation and support in promoting the demonstration park. Chairman Zheng conducted exchanges on business development, construction promotion, fund cooperation and publicity cooperation. The relevant person in charge of Afghanistan expressed that they would fully support the work of the demonstration park and achieve win-win cooperation between the two sides.
On the afternoon of March 11, Chairman Zheng Yimin led a team to visit the Vice President and Director of Khalifa University to exchange views on the cooperation between Jiangsu Haitou and Khalifa University.
At the meeting, after introducing each other to the background and basic situation of the China-Arab Production Capacity Cooperation Demonstration Park and Khalifa University, the two sides proposed to carry out technical cooperation and share information resources in aerospace, energy and chemical industry, biomedicine, robotics, intelligent manufacturing, 3D printing, talent training and exchanges, etc. Chairman Zheng Yimin said that there is great space and potential for cooperation between the two sides. The demonstration park can provide scientific research office space, create the Khalifa University Science and Technology Innovation Park, jointly build an incubation center, and promote technological research and achievement transformation. The Vice President of Khalifa University looks forward to cooperation with Jiangsu Haitou and said that he will actively promote the above cooperation and work hard to promote the signing of the memorandum as soon as possible.
