Members of the party committee of the group company, leading party and government cadres of subordinate second-level units, main leaders of various departments at the headquarters, and representatives of party members attended the meeting. At the assessment meeting, 7 party branch secretaries from the group's domestic and foreign front lines and headquarters made on-site debriefings, and 24 grassroots party committees, branch branches and branch secretaries made written debriefings. The leaders of the group company commented on the party organization secretaries who reported on their work one by one. Subsequently, the Party and Mass Work Department of the group company reported on the overall situation of the group's party building work in 2018 and the work plan for 2019.

Wang Bin, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Group Company, pointed out in his concluding speech that although the Group's party building work has achieved a series of results in the past year, especially the construction and combat effectiveness of overseas party organizations have been further strengthened, and their role has been more obvious, it has been compared with comprehensive and strict governance. Compared with the requirements of governing the party, there are still some deficiencies. He required party organizations at all levels to adhere to a problem-oriented approach, take strict measures first, focus on promoting high-quality development of the group, and effectively play the role of grassroots party organizations as a fighting fortress. First, we must make new achievements in strengthening the foundation and focusing on norms. Conscientiously study and implement the system requirements such as the "Regulations on the Work of Communist Party Branches of China (Trial Implementation)" and the "Regulations on the Work of Party Branches of Provincial Enterprises", do a solid job in basic work, and promote the construction of grassroots party organizations in the group to strengthen the foundation and improve the quality. The second is to make new achievements in strengthening leadership and promoting services. Party building work must actively integrate into, serve and promote operations, and provide strong organizational guarantees in promoting enterprise reform and development, gathering employees, building corporate culture, and creating first-class performance. The third is to make new achievements in emphasizing politics and abiding by rules. It is necessary to strengthen the "four consciousnesses", strengthen the "four self-confidences", and achieve "two safeguards", carry out in-depth centralized rectification of formalism and bureaucracy, insist on correcting while checking, correcting as soon as you know it, and always guard against various new trends. New mutations implement the decisions and arrangements of the Central Committee, Provincial Party Committee and Provincial State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission Party Committee to the letter.

At the meeting, the Party Committee Secretary of the Group Company and the representatives of the heads of grassroots party organizations signed the 2019 Comprehensive and Strict Party Governance Responsibility Letter. All participants conducted a democratic assessment of the heads of grassroots party organizations.
