Vice President Gu Yan of the Arbitration Court of China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission and his party visited CJI Company
On the afternoon of November 23, Gu Yan, Vice President of the Arbitration Court of China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (referred to as "CIETAC") and Secretary-General of Jiangsu Arbitration Center, accompanied by relevant leaders such as China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, Jiangsu Province International Chamber of Commerce, visited CJI Company. Huang Rugeng, Deputy General Manager and General Counsel of the Group CompanyRelevant responsible comrades from the Ministry of Trade, Overseas Business Department, and Legal Compliance Department attended the talks.
Vice President Gu Yan introduced the overall situation of CIETAC, especially the work progress of the Jiangsu Arbitration Center of China CIETAC after its establishment in Nanjing at the beginning of this year. He hoped to better serve Jiangsu enterprises and CJI Company in terms of legal profession.
Deputy General Manager Huang Rugeng extended a warm welcome to Vice President Gu Yan and his party, and introduced to the guests the development of the group company's main business and legal dispute response measures in recent years. He believed that the establishment of CIETAC Jiangsu Arbitration Center has increased convenient dispute resolution channels, and also suggested that CIETAC can set up arbitration centers in areas involved in the company's important business. The two sides reached preliminary consensus on further enhancing understanding and cooperating in training and other fields.
