Zhongjiang Real Estate Company successfully won the bid for Taizhou Longfeng Home Phase III affordable housing construction project
On July 12, 2018, Zhongjiang Real Estate Company successfully won the bid for the third-phase affordable housing construction project of Longfeng Home in Taizhou Development Zone. The project covers a total area of about 236 acres and a total construction area of about 500,000 square meters. It is planned to be constructed in two phases. The first phase will cover an area of about 150 acres and a construction area of about 320,000 square meters. The investment will be about 1.1 billion yuan. The second phase will cover an area of about 86 acres, and the total service period is tentatively scheduled to be 8 years (including the previous property management period of 2 years).
The successful bid for this project laid a solid foundation for the consolidation and development of real estate companies and even group companies in the Taizhou market. The real estate company will carry out work strictly according to the nodes in the feasibility study report to ensure the completion of the project with high quality and quantity.
