Construction Group holds special training activities for middle managers

　　From June 14 to 15, 2018, Jiangsu Province Construction Group held a special training activity on "Ways to Excellent Management-Improving Managers 'Management Capabilities". A total of 26 middle managers from various departments and branches of the company participated in the training.

 

　　Comrade Tu Yaxing, General Manager of the Construction Group, presided over the opening ceremony and made a mobilization speech. He pointed out that improving the sense of responsibility, knowledge vision and leadership of middle managers is of great significance to the development of the company. He hoped that the participants would cherish this opportunity, study carefully, and understand carefully.

 

　　This training was specially invited to give lectures from Tsinghua University with a Master's degree in Management and a senior management consultant. The trainers focused on the five aspects of "managing employees","efficient communication skills","task commissioning and authorization","incentive based on appreciation" and "developing subordinates"."Skills" were taught, combined with task role simulation, group discussion, case analysis and other learning forms, to teach the methods and skills of management science in simple terms. The response at the training site was enthusiastic. All training personnel listened carefully and actively participated in interactive exchanges, achieving good training results.

 

　　This training activity has played a positive role in the company's adaptation to the needs of the new situation, strengthening talent team construction, developing management thinking, improving communication skills and business level, and has enhanced everyone's determination and confidence in meeting challenges and achieving leapfrog development.
