Leaders of the group company attended the signing ceremony of the Jiangsu Qingshang Entrepreneurship Headquarters Base project

　　On the afternoon of June 1, a signing ceremony was held in Nanjing Jiangbei New District for the Jiangsu Qingshang Entrepreneurship Headquarters Base and "Three Pioneers" practice base project won the bid by Zhongjiang Fourth Construction Branch. Wang Bin, Chairman of CJI Co., Ltd., General Manager of Sijian Branch, and Han Liang, Chairman of investor Hongda Construction Group Co., Ltd., attended the signing ceremony.

　　The project consists of 2 high-rise R & D office buildings and 2 supporting podium buildings, with a total construction area of approximately 117,500 square meters and a contract value of 280 million yuan. Among them, the north tower has the 21st floor, with a building height of 98.88 meters and a building area of 34,600 square meters; the south tower has the 21st floor, with a building height of 98.80 meters and a building area of 34,200 square meters; and the underground floor has the building area of 36,200 square meters.

　　Chairman Wang of CJI and Chairman Han of Hongda Construction Group had further exchanges on the future strategic cooperation between the two parties. Both parties hope that CJI and Hongda Construction Group will take this project as an opportunity to form a long-term strategic cooperative partnership, divide labor and cooperate in their respective professional fields, and achieve complementary advantages and win-win development. Chairman Wang asked the Fourth Construction Branch to accurately grasp the positioning of the Jiangsu Qingshang Entrepreneurship Headquarters Base project invested by Hongda Construction Group, and not only complete various tasks well and quickly in accordance with the contract requirements.
