Zhongjiang Eighth Construction Group won the bid for the EPC general contracting of the Hongze Lake nine-year school project (concrete prefabricated building)

　　At the beginning of 2018, Zhongjiang Eighth Construction Corporation won the bid for the "EPC General Contracting of Hongze Lake Nine-Year School Project"(concrete prefabricated building).

　　The winning bid amount of this project is 184.3 million yuan, and the total construction area is approximately 61336 square meters. According to the requirements of the construction unit, concrete prefabricated buildings are used for junior high school teaching buildings, primary school teaching buildings, dormitory buildings, corridors, comprehensive buildings, etc., with a prefabricated prefabricated rate of not less than 30%, and a single prefabricated rate of 45% or above. The contract construction period is 270 calendar days.

　　This project is the first concrete prefabricated project undertaken by CJI and is of groundbreaking significance. In order to successfully complete the construction task, our company has concentrated its competent efforts to establish a project department. Currently, it is implementing relevant preparatory work in the early stage and will enter the construction site in the near future.
