The Yancheng New Water Source and Water Diversion Project PPP Project implemented by Jiangsu Jiangsu Complete Equipment Co., Ltd. was successfully implemented

2017On November 29, 2008, the signing ceremony for the PPP project of Yancheng New Water Source and Water Diversion Project was held on the third floor of Yancheng City Guest House. Members of the project team of Jiangsu Jiangsu Complete Equipment Co., Ltd. were invited to participate.

 The main members attending the signing ceremony on the day included relevant leaders of Yancheng City Urban and Rural Construction Bureau, relevant personnel of social capital party Guangdong Yuehai Holding Group Co., Ltd., relevant personnel of China Government Enterprise Investment Fund Management Co., Ltd., and members of the project team of Jiangsu Jiangsu Complete Equipment Co., Ltd.. The project is implemented by Jiangsu Complete Plant Company. From contracting to final implementation, the project is implemented strictly in accordance with the PPP model operation guidelines of the Ministry of Finance and the regulations of provincial and municipal financial departments. During the preparation of the project implementation plan, the leaders in charge of the Provincial Department of Finance and the main leaders of the Yancheng City Government were highly concerned and listened to project reports many times. The Yancheng City Finance Bureau, Audit Bureau, Environmental Protection Bureau and other units have given strong support to the project. The project implementation agency, Yancheng City Urban and Rural Construction Bureau, attaches great importance to it, participates in the entire process, and works overtime with project team members. The bidding and procurement work of social capital parties for this project was completed by the Government Procurement Center of Jiangsu Province, and was successfully shortlisted in the "Third Batch of Government and Social Capital Cooperation Demonstration Projects" of 20 ministries and commissions including the Ministry of Finance.
