Jiangsu Complete Equipment Engineering Association attended the seventh meeting of the fifth council of China Mechanical Equipment Complete Engineering Association

2017On November 24, 2008, the seventh meeting of the fifth council of China Machinery and Equipment Complete Engineering Association was held in Nanjing. The conference was hosted by China Mechanical Equipment Complete Engineering Association and co-organized by Jiangsu Jiangsu Complete Equipment Co., Ltd.. Chen Hailu, Secretary of the Party Committee of Jiangsu Complete Plant Company, and Chen Kuihua, Director of the Business Department, attended the meeting, and nearly 60 representatives from governing units and member units attended the meeting.

Bai Huiyi, director of the China Mechanical and Electrical Equipment Tendering Center, delivered a special speech at the meeting. He introduced the main work of the bidding center over the past year and the current situation faced by the association's reform and development, and put forward three aspects for the association's positioning and assumptions: First, we must lead the way by concentrating our efforts and give full play to the organizational functions of the association. Second, we must take the lead in industry services and give full play to the coordination function of the association. It truly becomes a social organization that "the government is trustworthy, the enterprises are reliable, and the industry is inseparable from". Third, we must take the lead in developing business, fully mobilize the development potential of the association, strive to carry out cooperation in larger fields and scopes, and enhance our own economic strength and credibility. Comrade Yang Hongbin, deputy director of China Mechanical and Electrical Equipment Bidding Center and president of China Mechanical Equipment Complete Engineering Association, delivered a work report on behalf of the association. It also puts forward the following ideas for the future work of the association: attach great importance to it and continue to improve the party building work; brainstorm to clarify the positioning of the association as soon as possible; serve the center to expand the scope of member units; carefully plan and do a good job in the change of the association; explore ideas and strengthen the construction of the association itself.

The meeting elected Comrade Chen Hailu, Secretary of the Party Committee of Jiangsu Province Equipment Complete Co., Ltd., as Vice President by secret ballot. At the meeting, Liu Qiongyan, Director of the Industry Coordination and Development Division of China Mechanical and Electrical Equipment Bidding Center, and Liu Lei, Vice President of China Merchants United Information Co., Ltd., respectively introduced the bidding management of centrally invested projects and the construction and operation of electronic bidding platforms. During the afternoon exchange and discussion stage, participants put forward valuable opinions and suggestions on the future development of the association based on their own reform and restructuring.
