Manager Tan Mingxiang has been working abroad with Zhongjiang Overseas Company since 2001, and has been working in Namibia since then. He is mainly responsible for the production technology management of engineering projects, devoted his youthful enthusiasm to overseas operations and made positive contributions to the company's development.

Manager Tan Mingxiang's family has a heavy burden. His parents are both in their 70s. His father (retired party member) developed lung cancer a few years ago, and his mother suffered from severe asthma. During the National Day and Mid-Autumn Festival, due to work needs, Manager Tan Mingxiang still stuck to his front-line overseas job and could not go home to reunite with his parents and relatives. As a party member, he played a positive and exemplary role.
