Equipment Jiangsu Complete Equipment Co., Ltd. source control and pollution interception PPP project in the Main City of Huaian City was successfully implemented

　　Recently, the signing ceremony for the PPP project for source control and pollution interception in the Main City of Huaian City was held at the Conference Center of the People's Government of Huaian City. Members of the project team of the Equipment Jiangsu Complete Equipment Co., Ltd. were invited to participate.

　　This project is the "third batch of government and social capital cooperation demonstration projects" of 20 ministries and commissions including the Ministry of Finance. The project took more than 18 months from contracting to final implementation and was implemented in strict accordance with the Ministry of Finance's PPP model operation guidelines and the regulations of provincial and municipal financial departments. During the preparation of the project implementation plan, the leaders in charge of the Provincial Department of Finance and the main leaders of the Huaian City Government were highly concerned and listened to project reports many times. The project implementation agency, Huaian City Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau, attaches great importance to it and participates throughout the process. The Huaian City Finance Bureau (PPP Center), Audit Bureau, Legal Affairs Office, Land and Resources Bureau, State Taxation Bureau and other units have given strong support to the project. The bidding and procurement work of social capital parties for this project was completed by the Government Procurement Center of Jiangsu Province.
