Seventh Construction Branch won the bid for the civil engineering general contracting project of China Merchants Real Estate G16A plot

　　Recently, the Seventh Construction Branch of CJI Co., Ltd. won the bid for the civil engineering general contracting project of Nanjing China Merchants Real Estate's G16A plot, with a winning bid value of 250 million yuan. The project has a total construction area of 216,800 square meters, including a 5-story podium building above ground, a 32-story super high-rise office building, and a 26-story hotel-style apartment and underground building. The contract period is 976 days.
　　This project is the first large-scale complex project undertaken by Zhongjiang Seventh Construction Corporation. After its completion, it will become the new landmark of the first urban commercial complex in Yanziji New City.
