On the morning of January 10, 2017, Peng Xiangfeng, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of CJI Co., Ltd., went to the Provincial Construction Group to investigate the production and operation situation and enterprise development work. At the meeting, Tu Yaxing, general manager of the Provincial Construction Group, briefly introduced the work situation in 2016, conducted an in-depth analysis of the current opportunities and challenges, and focused on reporting on the company's next development plan, focusing on preventing risks, promoting reform, stabilizing growth, and putting forward work goals and specific measures in terms of building a structure and cultivating talents. Subsequently, team members and responsible comrades of various functional departments expressed their opinions and spoke freely on the current work situation and the next work ideas and measures. Chairman Peng Xiangfeng fully communicated with everyone and provided guidance on relevant issues, pointing out the direction for the next step of work.
Chairman Peng Xiangfeng affirmed the work results of the Provincial Construction Group over the past year, pointing out in particular that the results have been obvious in three aspects: reform and development, production and operation, and handling of remaining problems. At the same time, he put forward requirements for the next stage of the construction group's work: First, we must further emancipate the mind, change concepts, broaden horizons, get rid of the shackles of experience and habits, break the traditional understanding of the development of the construction industry, and establish the concept of courage in reform and bold practice; Second, we must further clarify ideas and find accurate methods, further leverage the enterprise's resource advantages, comparative advantages and the advantages of the entire industry chain, strengthen business models, transform business methods, improve business capabilities, and achieve leapfrog development; third, we must further clarify key points and work hard to tackle key problems.
