The Pei County Project Department of Jianda Company promotes high-quality project implementation through skills competition

　　On August 8, 2016, the "Zhongjiang Wenhua Garden Brick Work Skills Competition" of the Pei County Project Department of Jianda Company kicked off in the high temperature. The project department specially invited leaders from the Pei County quality inspection station, supervision company and development company to observe and provide guidance on the site. Ten contestants recommended by five bricklayer teams participated in the competition. In the morning competition, the contestants drew lines, bounced lines, found benchmarks, and built walls. All of them raced against time, chasing each other, and were not willing to lag behind; in the afternoon competition, the contestants paid more attention to the pursuit of quality and civilized construction, with significant improvements in hand-cleaning, wall hooking, and non-floor mortar. This bricklayer skills competition created an atmosphere for the project to ensure quality and speed up, and achieved the expected purpose and effect.
　　At present, the Class 72 Primary School Project in Plot C of the "Zhongjiang Wenhua Garden" project has a total of six teaching buildings, wind and rain playgrounds, and comprehensive buildings under construction. The Pei County Project Department of Jianda Company carefully organizes, scientifically manages, and conducts orderly construction, and inspects the completion of the construction plan through the regular meeting system every day. In early August, all the above individual projects were capped as planned. During the construction process, the project department overcame difficulties and worked day and night during the foundation treatment process of teaching buildings 1- 6. The amount of sand and gravel reached 5000 tons/day. The sand and soil replacement of six teaching buildings was completed seven days earlier than planned. During the construction of the basement foundation of the complex building, due to the high groundwater level and the insignificant precipitation effect, the anti-floating pit of the raft foundation cannot be carried out normally according to the drawings. The construction team brainstormed, adjusted the construction plan in a timely manner, and communicated with the design department. On the premise of ensuring that the anti-floating effect remained unchanged, the precipitation problem was successfully solved. Leaders of the Pei County government and relevant departments have come to the site many times to inspect and guide the work, fully affirmed the work of the project department, and the construction unit and supervision unit also gave unanimous praise.
