Provincial Construction Group held 2016 new employee induction training

　　From August 1 to August 3, 2016, China Construction Group organized and carried out training activities for new employees in 2016.
　　Heads of key management departments and branches of the company attended the employee training to encourage new employees to work together and grow as soon as possible and realize personal values. Subsequently, the Human Resources Department organized all new employees to carry out outdoor expansion and carried out multiple expansion projects such as "Trust Back Throw","Rapid Sixty Seconds","Tangram" and "Team Competition for 5 Minutes". During the expansion training, new employees actively participated and helped each other, carried forward the spirit of collective collaboration and enhanced team cohesion.
　　In order to enable new employees to better adapt to the front-line working environment, the Human Resources Department organized new employees to go to the construction site of the South Campus of Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University undertaken by the Suzhou Branch to learn about various new building materials and construction processes, and personally experience the pioneering and innovative work character and unremitting spirit of struggle of Jiangsu builders.
　　This training not only allowed new employees to basically understand the company's situation, but also laid a good foundation for new employees to adapt faster and better and integrate into the development of the company through quality development and on-site site visits and learning.
