General Manager Xue Lequn inspected the PPP project of Huaishui South-to-North Huaibei City Graded Water Project

　　From April 19 to 20, 2016, General Manager Xue Lequn, accompanied by General Manager Jiao Bisheng of Zhongjiang Fifth Construction Project and Minister Wang Zuojun of the Quality and Safety Department of the Group Company, inspected the PPP project of the Huaishui River South-to-North Huaibei City Graded Water Project. He listened to the work report of the person in charge of the Zhongjiang Fifth Construction Project, inspected the progress of each bid section project, and required the project headquarters to establish a sense of excellence, strengthen on-site production safety management, adhere to civilized construction, and strengthen communication and coordination with government departments and surrounding residents. Ensure completion and delivery on schedule. The investment of this project amounts to 1.7 billion yuan. The construction contents include water transmission and connection projects, water supply projects (including supporting pipe networks), sewage interception projects, etc. It is a key livelihood project highly concerned by Anhui Provincial Party Committee, Provincial Government and people of Huaibei City, which is related to ecological construction and sustainable development of Huaibei City. After CJI Co., Ltd., Shanghai Electric and Hehai Group formed a consortium to win the bid for the project, Zhongjiang Fifth Construction Group specially dispatched elite officers to establish a project headquarters, striving to build the project into a demonstration project of the national PPP model.
　　General Manager Xue Lequn and the person in charge of Shanghai Electric also paid a special visit to Vice Mayor Qian Jieshu of Huaibei City and Director Wang Mingxin of the Water Affairs Bureau to thank the local government for its concern and support for the work of CJI. Vice Mayor Qian Jieshu held an office meeting on the spot to coordinate and resolve demolition issues and design drawings issues that affected the progress of the project. He welcomed CJI and Shanghai Electric to further increase investment in project construction in Huaibei City.
