Chairman Peng Xiangfeng investigated and constructed the Nanning Branch of the Group

From March 30 to 31, 2016, Chairman Peng Xiangfeng of CJI Co., Ltd., accompanied by Shan Guilin, General Manager of South China Region of China Construction Group, inspected the Nanning branch and some projects under construction, and held discussions with the main management personnel of the branch. At the symposium, Chairman Peng Xiangfeng learned in detail about the work and life situation from the participants, listened to everyone's opinions and suggestions on the development of Nanning Branch, and discussed specific issues of project construction management. Chairman Peng Xiangfeng fully affirmed the results of Nanning Branch's development in Nanning over the past 20 years. He believed that after years of development, Nanning Branch had formed a strong project management team, created good performance and popularity in the local area, and has a good development foundation and is a regional company for CCB Group to develop well. He pointed out that as my country's economy enters a new normal, government management methods and corporate business models are constantly changing. On the one hand, Nanning Branch must actively adapt to changes in the situation, and on the other hand, it must base itself on existing advantages to make regional companies bigger and stronger. For the subsequent development of Nanning branch, he put forward three requirements: first, we must set lofty goals and position ourselves as an important regional company to plan development and seek new breakthroughs; second, we must clarify development ideas and strive to adapt to the transformation and development trend of the modern construction industry, with engineering construction as the main line, and actively explore new paths in terms of business models, production organizations and talent team building; The third is to strengthen internal unity, create a good atmosphere of learning while doing, and rely on China Construction Group and CJI Company to work together to promote the development of the branch.
