　　In accordance with the requirements of the "Notice on Further Strengthening the Construction Safety Management of Attached Lifting Scaffolds and Hanging Baskets for High-altitude Work" by the Provincial Department of Housing and Construction, the Quality and Safety Department of the Group Company arranged and carried out special safety self-inspection and spot checks from October 15 to December 23. Work to conduct key inspections of domestic projects under construction climbing frames, hanging baskets, cantilevered steel platforms and template support projects to effectively improve the level of safety management.
　　On the basis of self-inspection and rectification by various domestic engineering companies, the Ministry of Quality and Safety has successively visited the Hai 'an Shengshijiayuan Project of Zhongjiang Real Estate Company and the Hefei Phoenix Plaza Project of the Second Construction Branch, focusing on the approval and review of various scaffolds, construction hanging baskets and other special plans, demonstration status, disclosure and implementation status, and whether an identification certificate is held, whether installation, lifting and management are carried out by a team with special qualifications, whether the construction hanging basket safety fall arrestors are regularly inspected and calibrated, Whether safety ropes are installed and whether there are measures to prevent wear and tear of the safety ropes are checked item by item. For the problems found, the inspection team issued a "Hidden Danger Rectification Notice", requiring rectification within a time limit, and strengthened follow-up and supervision to resolutely put an end to various production safety accidents.
