The first phase of Hefei Phoenix Cultural Plaza project implemented by Zhongjiang Second Construction Project was successfully capped

　　Recently, a capping ceremony was held for the first phase of the Hefei Phoenix Cultural Plaza project implemented by the Second Construction Branch of CJI Corporation. Lu Jianming, General Manager of Hefei Phoenix Cultural Real Estate Co., Ltd., presided over the ceremony. Wang Yixuan, Secretary of the Party Committee of Jiangsu Phoenix Publishing and Media Group Co., Ltd., Peng Xiangfeng, Chairman of CJI Co., Ltd., and relevant leaders of Jiangsu Jianke Supervision Company and design units attended the ceremony.
　　The first phase of the Hefei Phoenix Culture and Education Plaza project has a construction area of nearly 115,000 square meters, with 34 floors above ground and 3 floors underground, with a total cost of approximately 159 million yuan. The actual start time is September 25, 2014, and the planned completion time is October 30, 2016. The project is large in size, tight in construction, and difficult in construction. With the guidance and help of the group company, the project department has always focused on the management goals of safe production and ensuring quality, strengthened construction organization and management, and achieved the project roof three months in advance, creating good conditions for the overall advancement of the project.
