　　On July 20, CJI Co., Ltd. held a kick-off meeting for deepening the application of engineering management informatization. Gu Yongheng, deputy general manager of the group company, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. The main leaders of various engineering branches (subsidiaries) and heads of relevant functional departments at the headquarters attended the meeting.
　　At the meeting, Deputy General Manager Gu Yongheng deployed the main tasks in the informatization implementation stage and highlighted the importance of preliminary demand research for the informatization system. He pointed out that informatization construction is a systematic project that must be made overall arrangements to truly adapt to the actual needs of changing enterprise management methods and improving management efficiency. In the design and creation process of an information system, the principles of overall planning, step-by-step implementation, and resource sharing must be followed, and various factors must be fully considered to build a good platform for the company to better carry out business management. To this end, he put forward two specific requirements: First, re-organize the management process, combine the construction of the internal control system of the group company, further clarify the requirements of each link, and use process control as a means of scientific management; Second, carefully carry out preliminary research to ensure that the design and development of the information system are integrated with the company's actual situation. Relevant comprehensive departments at the headquarters and engineering branches and subsidiaries must actively participate in and cooperate with the research, proactively put forward opinions and suggestions, and lay a solid foundation for the preliminary design.
