The leaders of the group company attach great importance to production safety. General Manager Xue Lequn personally led a team to conduct spot checks on some key projects under construction, requiring project managers to firmly establish the concept of "strengthening red line awareness and promoting safe development." The whole group has carried out special rectification in three key areas: construction, hazardous chemicals management, office building elevators and fire protection in a planned and focused manner, strengthened the implementation of the main responsibilities of the branch (subsidiary) company's production safety, formulated and improved the production safety management system, and strengthened the investigation and rectification of hidden dangers to ensure the stable development of the group company's production safety work.
　　After the mobilization meeting for the group company's "Production Safety Month" activity, the Ministry of Quality and Safety gave an in-depth lecture on General Secretary Xi Jinping's important expositions on production safety and public security in accordance with the law, vigorously promoted the new "Production Safety Law" and other laws and regulations, organized and watched "Life Can't Come Again" and other series of warning educational films, and combined with property fire safety, hired fire experts to explain the knowledge of safe housing and fire prevention. Through the analysis of typical accidents, the interpretation of laws and regulations, and the explanation of safety knowledge, the awareness of self-prevention by enterprises and employees has been effectively enhanced, and the awareness of safety and rule of law among employees has been improved.
　　In order to further strengthen construction safety in the hot summer season, the group company organizes professionals to highlight key points, and conducts special inspections on the on-duty performance of project safety management personnel and on-site self-inspection, the implementation of highly dangerous sub-projects exceeding a certain scale, and Crane machinery The use of facilities, temporary electricity on the construction site, the use of scaffolds, foundation pit maintenance and edge protection, and employee safety education and training. The overall inspection results are relatively good, and the heads of each branch (subsidiary) company can attach great importance to it ideologically, conscientiously perform their safety production management responsibilities, and implement relevant policies and measures; project management personnel generally have awareness of safety production red lines and bottom lines, and discover safety hazards. Rectification can be organized in a timely manner, and project management is orderly. Among them, on-site management specifications include the China Merchants Evian project implemented by the International Engineering Branch, the Hefei Phoenix Plaza project implemented by the Second Construction Company, and the Taizhou Exhibition Hall project implemented by the Third Construction Company.
