International Engineering Branch held engineering quality and safety work conference

　　On the afternoon of April 22, the International Engineering Branch held an engineering quality and safety work conference, and the managers of each project department, production and technical leaders attended the meeting. The meeting made a comprehensive interpretation of the "Two-Year Action Plan for Engineering Quality Management" and proposed a specific response plan based on its own reality, further improving the quality and safety awareness of key position managers. In addition, the PPT method was adopted to review and analyze typical safety and quality hazards existing in the project under construction.
　　Tao Hui, general manager of the branch, pointed out that reflecting quality and safety issues in PPT form is more intuitive and easy to rectify. In the future, the scope of learning will be further expanded and the quality and safety awareness of all project managers will be continuously improved. He arranged for the Engineering Management Department to formulate the "Method for Evaluating Mobile Red Flag of Engineering Project Management" as soon as possible, and promoted the implementation of this work in the second quarter.
