　　On the morning of January 30, the group company held the first production and operation analysis meeting for domestic projects in 2015. The main leaders of various engineering branches (subsidiaries) and the main leaders of various comprehensive departments at the headquarters attended the meeting.

The Production and Operation Department analyzed and summarized the overall status of the group company's domestic projects. General Manager Xue Lequn asked each branch (subsidiary) company to strive for new breakthroughs in market expansion, project excellence, safety assurance, risk prevention, team building, and efficiency improvement in the new year.
　　Chairman Peng Xiangfeng pointed out that the achievements of domestic projects in 2014 are worthy of recognition, but they also faced many difficulties and problems. 2015 is the first year for the construction of "New Zhongjiang". As one of the important business segments of the Group, domestic engineering must accelerate the transformation and upgrading, shift from expanding scale to improving efficiency, and lay a solid foundation for sustainable development. The key task is to achieve "equal emphasis on five aspects": first, adhere to equal emphasis on market development and ability improvement, second, adhere to equal emphasis on branch (subsidiary) company operations and headquarters operations, third, adhere to equal emphasis on independent operations and cooperative operations, fourth, adhere to standardized operations and Innovative operations, and fifth, adhere to equal emphasis on transformation and upgrading and structural adjustment. The group headquarters will strengthen top-level design and study and issue the "Opinions of Group Companies on Promoting the Transformation and Upgrading of Domestic Projects" as soon as possible to clarify the goals and directions for the development of the domestic engineering sector. At the same time, we will further improve the relevant systems and approval processes for operation management and cooperative operations, adjust and improve the institutional setup and staffing of the headquarters and branches (subsidiaries), strengthen contract management, procurement management and cost accounting, strengthen project supervision, and strive to improve management level and operation quality, effectively prevent various risks, and strive to improve economic efficiency.
