　　On the morning of November 14, CJI Co., Ltd. organized a meeting to adjust and appoint the leadership team of the Construction Group in the multi-purpose hall on the 5th floor of Sujian Building. The meeting was presided over by Xue Lequn, General Manager, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman and Secretary of the Party Committee of CJI Co., Ltd. Peng Xiangfeng, Chairman and Party Secretary of the Group Company, attended the meeting and delivered a speech.
　　The meeting first read out the appointment documents of CJI Company and appointed Comrade Tu Yaxing as the general manager, director and legal representative of the Construction Group Company. Comrade Peng Xiangfeng pointed out that the adjustment of the leadership team of the construction group was relatively intensive and rapid, but the entire process was well organized, standardized in procedures, efficient and transparent, creating conditions for the stable and healthy development of the construction group. He put forward specific requirements for the work of the construction group. First, the new team must unite for development, actively and steadily handle the current main contradictions, and push enterprise management, production and operation and other work to be on the right track as soon as possible; Second, the construction group All cadres and employees must firmly establish the confidence and determination to develop the enterprise well, further boost their spirit, find the right advantages, base themselves on their own duties, and do a good job. He said that Construction Group is the first brand of CJI's domestic engineering business and the focus of support and development of the group headquarters. The group headquarters will provide full support in various resources such as projects and funds. He hopes that Construction Group will adjust this team as an opportunity to take the initiative to make greater contributions to the new round of development of CJI.
