Comrade Peng Xiangfeng pointed out that the Fourth Plenary Session of the 18th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China put forward the overall goal of comprehensively promoting the rule of law, clarified the major tasks of comprehensively promoting the rule of law, put forward a series of new views and new measures on governing the rule of law, and drew up the "Rule of Law China" roadmap. The communiqué of the plenary session is rich in content, and all members of the Party Committee Central Group must carefully study it, deeply understand it, and conscientiously implement it based on actual conditions.
