CJI Co., Ltd. held overseas project contracting business analysis meeting

　　On the afternoon of September 1, CJI Co., Ltd. held an analysis meeting on overseas project contracting business from January to July this year. Leaders of the group company, heads of relevant functional departments at the headquarters, overseas branches (subsidiaries) and some overseas agencies attended the meeting.
　　The heads of the group's overseas branches (subsidiaries) reported and exchanged reports on overseas market development and production operations this year, existing difficulties and problems, and plans for the next step. Since the beginning of this year, in the face of the still severe operating situation in the international engineering contracting market, overseas branches (subsidiaries) and overseas agencies have actively explored and overcome difficulties, implementing and operating nearly 100 projects in 25 countries in Africa, Asia, South America, and Oceania. For projects, the new contract value exceeded US$400 million that year, achieving good results with steady growth. Leaders of the group company provided guidance in terms of market development, project management, team building, risk prevention, and policy support.
　　Chairman Peng Xiangfeng pointed out that overseas project contracting is the core business of the group, which reflects Zhongjiang's core competitiveness and is in line with the development direction of our province's internationalization strategy. CJI has built a number of influential engineering projects overseas and established a good brand image; has accumulated rich experience in operating and implementing large-scale overseas projects and cultivated a compound talent team; has formed a strong competitive advantage and played a supporting role in the overall development of the group. At present, the Group's overseas engineering contracting business must focus on the long-term, focusing on improving operating capabilities, expanding business scope, accelerating team building, and strengthening the construction and management of overseas institutions, and striving to become bigger and stronger. In the next step, the group company will do a good job in top-level design, strengthen strategic planning, risk management and control, system design, and coordination service functions, and through active and effective guidance and support, promote the extension of overseas project contracting business to broader fields such as infrastructure, and invest in projects. Development of comprehensive business such as operations, better leverage the group's overseas market network and business advantages, strengthen strategic cooperation with well-known domestic companies, and drive the further improvement of overseas market development and operation capabilities.
