Urban Construction Branch won the bid for Taizhou Xiangsong Garden (Phase II) Project

　　On May 6, CJI Urban Construction Branch won the bid for the civil and installation project of Taizhou Xiangsong Garden (Phase II), with a bid price of 176 million yuan. The project was invested and constructed by Taizhou Gaojiao Kaiyuan Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., with a construction area of 79,000 square meters and a construction period of 610 days. After winning the bid for the project, the Urban Construction Branch immediately established a project management team to invest in the preliminary preparations for the project construction, striving to complete the project construction tasks with high quality and efficiency.
