The Party Committee of the Company and each unit (department) signed the 2012 Responsibility Letter for Building Party Conduct and Clean Government

　　In order to further clarify the leadership responsibilities for building a clean and honest party style and the requirements for integrity and self-discipline of leaders of all units and departments, standardize business and management behaviors, prevent "integrity risks", and ensure the sound, rapid and healthy development of the company, the company's party committee recently signed a letter of responsibility for building a clean and honest party style in 2012.

　　The responsibility letter clarifies that the main person in charge of the leadership team of each unit has overall responsibility for the party style construction and anti-corruption and integrity work of the unit, and has direct leadership responsibility for the party style construction and honest practice of the party and government deputies at the same level. The letter of responsibility requires all units to conscientiously study and implement the provisions of the "Constitution of the Communist Party of China","Several Provisions on the Integrity of State-owned Enterprise Leaders","Opinions on Further Promoting the Implementation of the" Three Priorities and One Big "Decision-Making System by State-owned Enterprises" and other documents and regulations and the Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection and the Provincial State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission meeting, conscientiously implement the key work points of the company's party committee in 2012, and effectively regard the construction of anti-corruption and integrity as a "top leader project" and a "happiness project." The letter of responsibility also stipulates the methods for accountability.
