The company holds training on new social security and work-related injuries regulations

　　In order to promptly understand the key and hot issues of the newly promulgated "Social Insurance Law" and "Work Injury Insurance Regulations" and strengthen enterprise employment management under the new law environment, the company held a study on new regulations on social security and work injury and enterprise employment risk control training on April 25. This paper provides risk warnings and analyses on the three major risks caused by employers not paying social security in accordance with the law after the promulgation of the new law, as well as common violations in paying social security, and lists the key points for identification and compensation of work-related injuries stipulated in the new law.
