Company launches overseas employee training
In order to promote the construction of the company's overseas talent team, the company recently launched overseas employee training. The first is to organize and participate in the Royal Chartered Builders (CIOB) and Society of Surveyors (RICS) membership membership, which can provide members with lifelong free and continuous professional learning resources. CJI applied for the first batch of 4 people. Through the learning center jointly organized by CIOB, RICS and Tsinghua University, the applicants 'professional ethics, educational background, professional ability, work achievement and communication skills were comprehensively evaluated. All of them received admission notices and passed 6 months of study, and a membership certificate will be obtained after passing the interview. The second is to organize and participate in the "International Engineering Contract Management Training Course" organized by China Foreign Contracting Engineering Chamber of Commerce. A total of more than ten overseas front-line employees from overseas engineering branches, construction branches, Jianda Company, and Namibia branches participated in the training. Through the key control of international engineering project contract conditions and the study of major risk prevention measures and key terms of China government loan EPC projects, the contract management and contract risk control capabilities of overseas employees in international engineering projects have been improved. As the prelude to overseas employee training kicks off, the company will continue to launch all-round and multi-level overseas employee training focusing on remote training.
