Kenya office achieves record high performance

Since the beginning of this year, all employees of the Kenya office have actively explored and won for projects in the fierce market competition. Recently, one was to sign a contract for the earth-and-earth project of the five-star Radisson blu hotel in Kenya. The Radisson Hotel general contract is expected to be formally signed by the foreign owner and the Kenya office next month. The contract cost is US$23.5 million, the construction period is 2 years, and the project construction area is 37910 square meters. Second, it won the bid for the German government to assist six primary schools for the urban poor in Nairobi, Mombasa and Kisumu in Kenya. Based on the praise received by the Kenyan government and the German government for the construction of the first phase of Ngai Primary School in Nairobi, the Kenyan office won 6 of the eight urban poor primary school projects in the second phase. The contract price is US$13 million, of which two schools in Nairobi started on January 14. Two primary schools in Mombasa and two primary schools in Kisumu have recently been awarded and will start construction in April. Third, the foreign power civil engineering project of the Nakuru Base Station of the China Petroleum Pipeline Administration undertaken by the Kenya office has broken ground. This is the first cooperation between the Kenya office and the China Petroleum Pipeline Administration in Kenya. Fourth, it has also signed a contract with Kenya's largest newspaper, Banner Newspaper Group, for its warehouse and gym project.

With the signing and implementation of the above projects, the Kenya office achieved the best performance in the same period in its 24 years since its establishment.
