The company discusses the dispatch of trainees to Japan under the new situation
Affected by the international financial crisis, CJI's business of sending trainees to Japan showed a downward trend. In addition, Japan will implement a new internship system to replace the current training system starting from July 1, 2010, bringing new challenges to the company's business of sending trainees to Japan. In order to consolidate and develop the Japanese trainee cooperation business and further standardize the operating behaviors of each operating company, Deputy General Manager Ding Kang of the company presided over a business meeting for dispatching trainees to Japan on May 25. The heads and employees of each branch (subsidiary) company that operates the Japanese trainee cooperation business attended the meeting. The meeting explained the new foreign skills internship system that Japan will implement from July 1 this year, discussed the new characteristics and new trends of the Japanese trainee market, and adopted the "Coordination Rules for the Cooperation of Japanese Intern Companies". The heads and employees of each branch (subsidiary) company put forward suggestions on doing a good job in trainee cooperation business under Japan's new policy. Ding Kang, deputy general manager, pointed out that the Japanese trainee market is an important labor market for CJI, and all operating companies across the country attach great importance to it. Although Nakaje Corporation has achieved certain results in sending trainee business to Japan in recent years, there is still a gap in its share. Therefore, I hope to further expand the business of dispatching trainees to Japan. First, we must continue to expand our business fields, second, we must actively explore new forms of labor cooperation such as service outsourcing, and third, we must work together to form a synergy.
