Provincial Equipment Jiangsu Complete Equipment Co., Ltd. held a trade union member representative meeting and employee representative meeting

On May 11, the Provincial Equipment Jiangsu Complete Equipment Co., Ltd. held the second and first trade union member representative conference and employee representative conference of the trade union. The conference was presided over by Gu Yongheng, Deputy General Manager of CJI and Secretary of the Party Committee of the Company. A total of 49 official representatives and 5 attendees attended the conference. Qian Bin, deputy general manager of the company and vice chairman of the trade union, delivered a work report entitled "Keep pace with the times and work hard to give full play to the important role of the trade union in Jiangsu's complete reform and development", which briefly reviewed the work of the trade union in the past six years and proposed the guiding ideology and main tasks of the new trade union work. Delegates attending the meeting carefully reviewed the previous trade union work report, trade union financial work report and fund review report, and reviewed and approved the "Detailed Rules for the Implementation of the Company's Trade Union Work Regulations","Detailed Rules for the Implementation of the Work of the Company's Employee Representative Congress","Company's Labor Employment Management System","Company Enterprise Annuity Plan", and also elected a new trade union committee, fund review committee and female employee committee. In his concluding speech, Li Youchun, deputy general manager of CJI and general manager of the company, hoped that the new trade union committee would use this conference as a new starting point for doing a good job in the work of trade unions and staff representatives, and put forward two requirements for future work. First, grassroots organizations and units of each trade union must conscientiously organize and study relevant regulations, systems, and plans adopted by the conference, and continue to promote democratic management of enterprises; Second, all functional departments and units of the company must conscientiously implement and implement relevant systems and plans, so that the results of the meeting can be transformed into the driving force to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of all employees and accelerate the company's development.
