The preliminary work of the real estate Nantong Zidong Garden Project is progressing smoothly

　　The Nantong Zidong Huayuan Project undertaken by Zhongjiang Real Estate Company has a total construction area of 414,000 m2, mainly consisting of small high-rise residences and some commercial supporting facilities. Since June, project planning and design, site preparation, land procedures, project pricing, team selection, technical optimization and other work have been completed. It is expected to complete the eastern area project establishment planning, pile machine construction and western area planning consultation and adjustment before the Spring Festival. On December 4, members of the Nantong Project Leading Group of CJI reviewed the construction site and planning and design drawings, listened to the work report from General Manager Li Fenshan of the real estate company and relevant persons in charge of the project department, and discussed the construction general contract, fund raising, management system and other issues. Xue Lequn, leader of the leading group and general manager of the company, put forward specific requirements for project planning, standardizing management procedures, actively raising funds, and creating high-quality projects.
