Pearl of Jianghai is simple and beautiful
- The company left Nantong, the hometown of longevity for retirees. On November 12-13, the company organized retirees to travel to Nantong. Everyone took a luxury bus from Shanghai-Nanjing Expressway to Yanjiang Expressway to Nantong. The Yangtze River is like a giant dragon, winding all the way, rushing towards the sea. The Sutong Bridge connects Changshu and Nantong like Changhong. The Sutong Bridge, with a total length of 32.4 kilometers and a main span of 1088 meters, is the world's largest span cable-stayed bridge. It has created four cable-stayed bridges, including the deepest beam pile foundation, the highest tower, the largest span, and the longest cable. World records, its majestic figure has become a beautiful scenery across the Yangtze River. On the piers of the two main towers, a giant tower in the shape of a human being is erected. The four groups of "human" steel cables are majestic, with smooth lines, beautiful shapes and beautiful colors, integrating grandeur and beauty. The natural chasm has become a thoroughfare. The Sutong Bridge gets on the train like a shuttle, and tens of thousands of ships get off the bridge. The connection of the Sutong Bridge has connected the economies of Jiangsu's north and south, forming the leader of the Yangtze River Delta with Shanghai as the core, and driving the entire Yangtze River Basin economic belt to take off like a giant dragon. Cross the Yangtze River and enter Nantong. After lunch, we visited Langshan. Langshan Scenic Area is located in the southern suburbs of Nantong and consists of Langshan Mountain, Jianshan Mountain, Junshan Mountain, Ma 'anshan and Huangni Mountain. Five mountains stand tall across the river, and the flat land is abrupt and beautiful. It controls the river and the sea and is located in a dangerous location. Five mountains guide the north, and Langshan Mountain is in the center. Lang Mountain, also known as "Zilang Mountain", is only 100 meters above sea level. It is the first of the "Eight Small Buddhist Mountains" in my country. Song calligrapher Mi Fu inscribed Lang Mountain as the "First Mountain". The tomb of King Luo Bin, one of the "Four Heroes of the Early Tang Dynasty", is here. He followed Xu Jingye, the governor of Yangzhou, to oppose Wu Zetian. After the defeat, he went into exile in Nantong. Alongside Luo's tomb is the tomb of Liu Nanlu, a staff member of Wen Tianxiang, a national hero of the Southern Song Dynasty, and the tomb of Jin Cangjiang, the composer of Jin Yingqing's "Five Mountains Quan Zhi", and the tomb of the Korean patriotic poet Jin Cangjiang. Entering the Wolf Mountain Gate is the Dharma Rutang. The three ceramic murals in the hall are portraits of eighteen famous eminent monks from China from the Eastern Han Dynasty to modern times. They were painted by the famous contemporary painter Fan Zeng. Ten steps up from the west side of the main hall is a seven-level solid brick tower with four sides, called the Huangong Tower. Climbing to the top of Langshan Mountain, you will see the main building complex of Guangjiao Temple. The tour guide introduced that the main building complex in Langshan was not destroyed as a four-year old during the Cultural Revolution, which made everyone very surprised. She pointed to the tile of the temple and asked us to read the words on it. It turned out that the words "Long live Chairman Mao" were engraved on the tile. This was stuck on after firing by the monks at that time. What a clever monk to come up with such a trick to protect the temple. Thanks to this Homo sapiens, the Langshan building was preserved in its original appearance. Walking up to the Daguan Terrace in front of the temple gate, you can have a wide view and panoramic views of the vast scenery. The Yangtze River meanders eastward like white satin, with vast smoke waves; there are many roads along the river, and high-rise buildings seem to be dotted with stars. Everyone took photos here one after another. There are couplets on both sides of the temple gate: "Long cry from the mountains and the valleys, raise your head and look around the sea and sky." Passing through the Cuijing Building, you will see the Yuantong Hall in front of you, which serves the general trend of Bodhisattva. The Zhiyun Tower behind the hall is the tallest building in Langshan. It was built in the Song Dynasty. The tower is 38.6 meters high and has a brick-and-wood structure. It has five-level and four-story floors. It has red railings and yellow tiles, and its heads are high. Behind the tower is the famous Langshan Temple. It rained continuously at the end of the tour. Everyone laughed and said that God was moved by our old comrades, and the drizzle was sending us farewell. Along the way, the tour guide introduced that Nantong is the hometown of longevity and the city with the highest proportion of longevity people in China. The proportion of centenarians exceeds international standards. There are more than 600 people over 100 people in the city. The veteran comrades are very interested in this. Nantong has a mild, comfortable and pleasant climate; diverse soil and excellent water quality; flowers and trees are cultivated and the air is fresh; people are honest and kind, and society is harmonious; good habits and healthy life. Many of the above factors have contributed to the longevity of the elderly in Nantong. Poor food and simple food, peaceful mentality, kind to others, open-minded and open-minded, these are the experiences of centenarians in winning health and longevity. This is also very useful for us. After the meal, everyone reminisced about the past and entertained, and there was laughter and laughter. The next day, the rain stopped, and we went to visit Shigang Yuwan, the thousand-year-old road. Shigang Yuwan is a beautiful and intoxicating river. We took a fisherman's boat and put on orange life jackets to start the tour. Swimming the river in the cold wind requires some courage, but all the old comrades wrapped up in tight clothes are full of energy. The fisherman used long wormwood to support the small boat and walked briskly through the winding river. The dancing branches on both sides of the river are reflected in the clear river water, and from time to time, fruit branches can be seen hanging down upside down. The fisherman patiently explained to everyone what fruit it was. Groups of geese and ducks swim past from time to time on the rippling river. Some of the dense reeds on both sides of the river have white reed flowers growing, swaying in the wind, like a dream. Walking through the longitudinal and horizontal river courses of the harbor, small bridges appear from time to time, and the reflection of the bridges in the small river is pierced by weeds. Deep in the rafting scenery, there is a quiet and pleasant atmosphere everywhere, which makes people intoxicated and appreciates the wonderful artistic conception of people swimming in paintings. This tranquility of green water surrounding people makes people mistake that this is Jiangnan. Born in the Jiangnan Water Town, I found some childhood memories here. The small boat loaded with happiness docked, ending the day's journey. (Contributed by Lu Yaping, Human Resources Department)
